Top of the range Vogue static caravan to rent at the select and quiet Reen Cross Holiday Park, Goonhavern, just two miles from Perranporth's long sandy beach which is beloved by surfers or those who just enjoy splashing around. The caravan is well appointed, comfortable and spacious with gas CH throughout. Accommodation comprises living room with French doors affording open countryside views and freestanding sofa which converts to double bed. Large kitchen/diner, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Outside there is vehicle parking, two teak sun loungers ,a table and four chairs, large sunshade. From stunning coastal walks and world famous gardens to art and culture, you are never far from things to see and do at Reen Cross. There is a country pub/restaurant within a half mile walk. Perranporth with it's wonderful Surfing is nearby, The Tate Gallery at St Ives and the Eden Project are within easy reach. The popular town of Newquay is just six miles away where you will find everything from children's activities to lively nightclub entertainment. Padstow and Rock, the stunning North Cornwall coast, the Bodmin Moors and Jamaica Inn with tales of Piracy and Wreckers and Smuggling. Goonhilly Downs Earth Station near Helston is fabulous, and the stunning Minack cliff-top open air theatre at Porthcurno are two more of the Cornish Treats awaiting you.
Living Room: Freestanding sofabed, two armchairs, coffee/occass. tables, pebble effect electric fire, and 32" TV.
Kitchen/Diner :Well equipped with crockery, cutlery, glassware and cooking utensils. Generous cupboard and work space. Gas cooker with oven, grill and hob, microwave, separate fridge and freezer and washing/drying machine. Glass topped table and four chairs.
Bedroom 1: KING size bed with walk in hanging cupboard and shelves. En suite bathroom with shower, toilet and wash basin.
Bedroom 2: Two single beds and hanging/drawer unit.
Bathroom: Bath, shower, toilet, wash basin and heated towel rail.
PLEASE NOTE THAT DUVETS AND PILLOWS ARE PROVIDED BUT FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY DUE TO THE COVID SITUATION, RESIDENTS ARE ASKED TO BRING THEIR OWN BEDLINEN including Duvet covers, undersheets & pillow cases, TOWELS AND TEA TOWELS.
ALSO... Note that the Master bed is a KING SIZE, so if your own duvet cover is a standard Double then please bring your own duvet too.
Booking Terms
£100 refundable deposit on all bookings against damage/breakages
April 2nd - 30th = £420 per.week
April 30th - May 28th = £455 per.week
May 28th - July 2nd = £550 per.week
July 2nd - July 30th = £600 per.week
July 30th - Sept.3rd = £700 per.week
Sept.3rd - Oct.1 st = £550 per.week
Oct.1st - Oct.29th = £450 per.week
£50 deposit p.w on all bookings which is refundable in light of unforseen Government Coronavirus restrictions.
Bookings from Saturday to Saturday. Arrival time from 4.30pm to 7.00pm. If unavoidably delayed on journey please immediately inform the Park reception, ph. 07757302487. Departure time by 10am.
