This is a private 2 bedroom caravan sited on the popular caravan site The Chase in Ingoldmells near skegness . It’s a 2 Bedroom ABI Brisbane 32 X 12 feet with outside Balcony. Our lovely clean and tide caravan has a master double bedroom and 2nd bedroom with twin Beds also a pull out bed in the Living room. All beds are made up with clean bedding for when you arrive. We can provide a Travel cot if requested. The caravan contains 32”Flat screen TV with free view and DVD player, Microwave, Toaster, Kettle and all cooking utensils and crockery. The Chase is only 10 minuets walk to the Beach.
Owner Description
The Main bedroom has a Double Bed, Fitted wardrobes and a TV with Freeview. Bedroom 2 has twin beds. All beds are made up with clean bedding. The sofa in the lounge pulls out as a double bed.
Also a hair dryer is also provided.
The kitchen has a fridge and a table top freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, air fryer and also a electric grill pan. All pots pans and kitchen utensils and crockery are provided.
In the Lounge there is a 32” flat screen TV with Freeview and a DVD player we also have some DVD’s and games.
Gas fire is in the lounge and electric panel heaters are in bedrooms, shower room and hallway.
Iron and ironing board and vacuum are also provided.
Booking Terms
We require a £50 deposit which is non-refundable if you cancel. Also the holiday must be paid in full 4 weeks before you are due to arrive.
Your deposit will be returned within 7 days of your departure as long as the caravan is left in a clean condition and with no breakages or damage.
Well behaved dogs are more than welcomed as we are a dog friendly caravan. all we ask is for guest to respect the caravan and to leave it clean and tidy
BEDDING IS PROVIDED AND PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN TOWELS
