Owner Description
Valley sea breeze is a 2013 2 bedroom 35 x 12 ft caravan with decking with a secure gate to stop little ones from escaping. Its on a parkdean site Valley Farm in Clacton-on-sea, Essex. Its features full central heating, double glazing and electric fire in the lounge.
A fully equipped kitchen with microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge freezer, ironing board and iron. Everything you need for a short or long stay.
There is a 40 inch smart lcd tv in the lounge with a Netflix subscription for you to enjoy on them rainy days or to keep the kids entertained. You can also watch all freeview channels.
Wi-fi is included in your stay so you can connect all your gadgets free of charge.
There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer located in a storage shed just outside the caravan.
The bedrooms consist of 1 double room with dressing table, wardrobe and door to shower room and 1 with 2 single beds with wardrobe. There is a double pull out sofa bed in the lounge. Beds are made up for your arrival. Hairdryer supplied.
No smoking including e cigarettes allowed in the caravan.
No pets allowed.
Booking Terms
£50 deposit. This will be refunded if the caravan park does not open in time or you can change your date. It is meant to be opening 6th July 2020.
£100 damage waiver must be paid with full balance, This will be returned to you on the day of your departure once the caravan has been checked over. Any damage or items missing will be deducted out if this.
Full balance must be paid 28 days before arrival. If booking with less than 28 days before arrival full balance must be paid.
Park passes can be purchased at valley farm reception.
