Search for "245 St Minver Holiday Park' on YouTube for a tour of the caravan Located In a Private location on a large woodland plot with extensive 20 x 12 ft decking, outdoor furniture and BBQ you can relax in the afternoon sun with this fully equipped 3 Bedroom/5 Bed Caravan (36ft x 12 ft) in the award winning St Minver Holiday Park. We don't take pets and the caravan is non smoking. The property is deep cleaned every 4-6 weeks with a cleaning company with a proven track record appointed to take over cleaning for 2023. Double glazed and gas centrally heated (new boiler October 2021) with a radiator in every room it stays warm no matter what the weather. Ideally located only a 1 minute's walk from a 20 metre heated indoor swimming pool and sauna. Medium/Firm Dormeo Double Mattress, and 4 new Medium/Firm Quartz Deep Memory Foam mattresses April 2022. Bed covers and pillow liners are washed regularly. Thermal blackout curtains. Gas cooker, hob and grill, 7L air fyrer and slow cooker plus all the utensils you will ever need to cook up a feast. Fridge freezer and over/grill were replaced in 2021. Large double shower unit (powerful waterflow) and toilet and washbasin in a separate room.. Private 4G WIFI and separate Wifinity 5G Wifi avialable from the caravan means you can get a decent signal for internet calls and internet usage, Stream Netflix films via the blu ray player and hard drive for evening entertainment on a 40 inch HD TV. Extensive collection of HD films on disc. A private washing machine is located directly on the side of the caravan. Full Bedding is provided in the prices quoted (we don't provide towels except tea towels). The park restaurant is five minutes walk away and serves breakfast lunch and evening meal a la carte menu. If you don’t fancy that the caravan has a slow cooker, microwave, coffee grinder, toaster and sandwich toaster, cooking pots, pans, knives, pyrex dishes and all the crockery and cooking utensils you will ever need. We aim to keep the caravan spotlessly clean and extra cleaning measures are in place. We have also installed a hand sanitiser in the main entrance. All the ingredients for a safe and relaxing holiday so all you need is some sunshine and some drinks on the decking.. perfectly relaxed. Check-in is from 4pm on the day of arrival (usual ready by around 2pm but I cannot guarantee that for busy periods) and check out is 10am on the day of departure.
Owner Description
LOCATION: St Minver is a superb location for exploring North Cornwall. The park is located on the edge of the village set on the picturesque North coast of Cornwall with its breath taking scenery, near to Wadebridge. Rock Silversands beach, Polzeath, and Daymer Bay beaches are within a 3 mile radius. Only a few miles from Port Isaac, Tintagel, Boscastle and Rock where you can catch the ferry over to Padstow for a bit of crabbing or have lunch in Rick Steins restaurant.
The caravan at St Minver Holiday Park is set within the grounds of an old manor house and in a quiet woodland cul -de -sac (complete with resident squirrels, owls and other wildlife) near to the swimming pool in the centre of the park, and in a larger plot than many. It benefits from afternoon and evening sun and you can relax on the extensive decking with bistro table with a drink or dine with the outdoor dining table.
4G unlimited private wifi, and internet connected hard drive with netflix connection. Private brick charcoal BBQ that you will not find with other caravans on park.
CLEANING and SAFETY:
- Guests are required to confirm in writing 48 hours before their stay and within one week of departure if any of their party are unwell. No quibble refund or change if stay if a guest cannot travel. I have refunded all guests who could not stay due to lockdown and would do so again if it reoccurred.
-No unwell person may visit or isolate at this property.
-all hard surfaces, handles and switches and sofa arms will be cleaned with anti bacterial spray between guests stays/changeover
- disposable anti bac wipes are available for handling TV controls and DVD/Blu ray discs.
- new pillow protectors are in place and will be washed along with all bed linen after each stay/changeover

[Excellent steak (2019 was very good), Roast Sunday dinner, pizza made to order, curry and pint and special burger evenings.

Availability: Full payment 4 weeks before/£100 Deposit outside of that deducted from the remaining balance.
All bedding (sheets, duvet and pillow covers) gas and electric included. Additional charge for over groups of more than 6 people of £15 per person per night (maximum capacity 8 people).

HOLIDAY PARK BOOKING CONDITIONS (imposed by the Park Owners):
The caravan at St Minver Holiday Park may NOT be booked by
1. A party where half or more of the party are between 17 and 25yrs
2. An all-male or an all-female party of more than 4 people.
3..A person under 21yrs
4. The charging of electric vehicles via a connection to the caravan requires advance permission and is additional cost at £7.50 per day.
CLEANING AND DEPARTURE: The caravan at St Minver Holiday Park is in immaculate condition, it is not rented to the park and we treat it like our home with personal furnishings and scenic pictures and we like to keep it that way for your enjoyment as well as ours. Please leave it as you would expect to find it by 10am on the date of your departure. Please empty the Bins.
POOL AND ENTERTAINMENT PASSES: Anybody over the age of 3yrs needs a pass. You need these passes to be able use the swimming pool, join in kids clubs. Passes can be purchased at reception on arrival. Currently £6.95 per person.
Whilst we cannot always guarantee warm sunny weather our aim is to ensure that we provide you with quality accommodation, in an excellent location with great facilities. All the ingredients you need for a relaxing holiday in Cornwall!
NON SMOKING - smoking in the caravan and on the decking is not permitted. Smokers should not feel excluded from staying if they can stick to this.
PETS - We don't let out our caravan to dog owners and that also includes friends and family. The carpets (October 2022) and walls (January 2023) are professionally cleaned.
