Located In a Private location on a large woodland plot with extensive 20 x 12 ft decking, outdoor furniture and BBQ you can relax in the afternoon sun with this fully equipped 3 Bedroom/5 Bed Caravan (36ft x 12 ft) in the award winning St Minver Holiday Park. We don't take pets and the caravan is non smoking. Double glazed and gas centrally heated (new boiler October 2021) with a radiator in every room it stays warm no matter what the weather. Ideally located only a 1 minute's walk from a 20 metre heated indoor swimming pool and sauna. New 15 tog winter duvets for November and December 2022. Medium/Firm Dormeo Double Mattress, and 4 new Medium/Firm Quartz Deep Memory Foam mattresses April 2022. Bed covers and pillow liners are washed regularly. Thermal blackout curtains. Gas cooker, hob and grill, 7L air fyrer and slow cooker plus all the utensils you will ever need to cook up a feast. Private 4G WIFI means you can get a decent signal inside the caravan for calls and internet (not a lot of sub lets have this and not if you book via the park) Stream Netflix films via the blu ray player and hard drive for evening entertainment on a 40 inch HD TV. Extensive collection of HD films on disc. A private washing machine is located directly on the side of the caravan. New Fridge freezer October 2021. Full Bedding is provided in the prices quoted (we don't provide towels). The park restaurant is five minutes walk away and serves breakfast lunch and evening meal a la carte menu. If you don’t fancy that the caravan has a slow cooker, microwave, coffee grinder, toaster and sandwich toaster, cooking pots, pans, knives, pyrex dishes and all the crockery and cooking utensils you will ever need. We aim to keep the caravan spotlessly clean and extra cleaning measures are in place. We have also installed a hand sanitiser in the main entrance. All the ingredients for a safe and relaxing holiday so all you need is some sunshine and some drinks on the decking.. perfectly relaxed.

Booking Terms

Availability: A deposit of £100 secures a week for summer 2023. Full payment 4 weeks before (8 weeks for July and August bookings). Deposit is deducted from the remaining balance.

The rates here are a lot lower than on Airbnb and Booking-com but if you wonder why there is so little availability for the last 6 years dates in June, July and August have gone 6 months in advance via those sites so don't delay - secure your holiday today (2 weeks left in August 2023!)

HOLIDAY PARK BOOKING CONDITIONS (imposed by the Park Owners):
The caravan at St Minver Holiday Park may NOT be booked by
1. A party where half or more of the party are between 17 and 25yrs
2. An all-male or an all-female party of more than 4 people.
3..A person under 21yrs
4. The charging of electric vehicles via a connection to the caravan requires advance permission and is additional cost at £7.50 per day.

CLEANING AND DEPARTURE: The caravan at St Minver Holiday Park is in immaculate condition, it is not rented to the park and we treat it like our home with personal furnishings and scenic pictures and we like to keep it that way for your enjoyment as well as ours. Please leave it as you would expect to find it by 10am on the date of your departure. Please empty the Bins.

POOL AND ENTERTAINMENT PASSES: Anybody over the age of 3yrs needs a pass. You need these passes to be able use the swimming pool, join in kids clubs. Passes can be purchased at reception on arrival. Currently £6.95 per person.

Whilst we cannot always guarantee warm sunny weather our aim is to ensure that we provide you with quality accommodation, in an excellent location with great facilities. All the ingredients you need for a relaxing holiday in Cornwall!

NON SMOKING - smoking in the caravan and on the decking is not permitted. Smokers should not feel excluded from staying if they can stick to this.

PETS - We don't let out our caravan to dog owners and that also includes friends and family. The carpets (October 2022) and walls (January 2023) are professionally cleaned.
