All of our caravans are basic models they are privately owned by us and have the following
Fully fitted kitchen, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, tea coffee and sugar, lounge with dining area, gas fire in the lounge, TV in lounge, DVD player, CD player, two toilets, shower, duvets and pillows, iron, hairdryer, own parking space, garden area.

If you require more passes please let us know how many adults, under 15s and under 2s will be staying in total and we will send you a price. The listing can then be adjusted.
You may pay in full or just a deposit (£100 to secure your booking). Full balance due 12 weeks prior to the holiday start date.
If there are less then 12 weeks to go before the holiday start date then payment will be due in full.
Payment
Payment can be made by Bank Transfer.
After payment is made a receipt, booking form and our terms & conditions will be sent to you.
Cancellations
If payment for the holiday is made in full, a refund will be given up to 8 weeks before the holiday start date.
Restrictions
All bookings for any break that include under 18s must include a responsible adult who is at least 25 years of age. Caravans may not be let to persons under the age of 18 or to groups of the same sex. (Same sex groups are allowed for Over 18s themed breaks).
Insurance
We recommend all guests arrange suitable holiday insurance independently.
