Booking Terms
£50 deposit required - (refunded within a week if the caravan is left clean & tidy with no damages).
Low season prices:
Monday to Friday £300 and £50 deposit ( deposit is refunded after your stay if the caravan is as you found it)
Friday to Sunday £150 and £50 deposit ( deposit is refunded after your stay if the caravan is as you found it)
Full Week £450
*High season prices:
Monday to Friday £400 and £50 deposit ( deposit is refunded after your stay if the caravan is as you found it)
Friday to Sunday £200 and £50 deposit ( deposit is refunded after your stay if the caravan is as you found it)
Full week £600 (Saturday to Saturday)
Payment is required in full 4 weeks before your arrival date, on the day of your arrival you will receive entry codes for the gate and key safe code to access the key to the caravan.
Caravan is available from 2pm on your date of arrival and we ask you to vacate by 12 o'clock on your leaving date to enable cleaning staff to enter and make ready for the next guests.
STRICTLY NO SMOKING INSIDE THE CARAVAN
Entertainment passes not included - these can be purchased from Reception on arrival at a cost of approx £15.00 per week. (prices may change)
*High season is all school holidays including bank holidays, Christmas holidays are also included as a high season.
