Pet friendly 3 bedroom caravan with an open plan lounge/kitchen. Separate toilet and shower room. Parking space for 2 cars. Small decking with secure gate for the little ones and dogs. Home from home so no need to bring the kitchen sink along with you.
Owner Description
2014 swift soliel. Modern fixtures and fitting throughout with usb plugs added in each room. Electric fire in the living room. Central heated and double glazed throughout. Nice big shower and a shaving point in the separate shower room. Double bedroom with wardrobe and dressing table and mirror.. 2 single bedrooms with 2 separate beds in each with wardrobe and mirror.
Outside seating and bbq.
The caravan has children’s toys, board games, Xbox 360 with games. For the dogs there is a large dog bed with toys, bowls and treats to use. Tea coffee sugar provided. All kitchen utensils and cleaning products provided. High chair and pop up cot also available. Wi-Fi included. Beds made up on arrival for a small charge on request.
The caravan is situated in Denbigh. Only a 5 minute walk from both the complex and the beach . There is a small play park and filed at the back of the caravan. Easy location for visiting north wales if wanting to leave the site. Train and taxis available close by if not driving.
Booking Terms
Balance payable 4 weeks before arrival date or holiday will be resold and any moneys paid will be lost.
£50 refundable deposit to be paid on top of the total balance of the holiday . After departure the caravan will be cleaned and checked for damages. Deposit will be returned within 24hrs of inspection and left in the same condition as it was found on arrival date.
No smoking throughout.
Owner available throughout booking and welcome to ask any questions.
Haven passes are not supplied with booking and to bought from the park direct. Link to this is sent once booked via haven themselves.
