North Wales. Have a look online, to view all of the facilities they offer eg an indoor swimming pool, (with a small charge: £4.00 per adult & £2.00 per child). There are no other charges to pay on site. Access to the park is via an automatic barrier, with a security guard. The park is covered by CCTV and is fully illuminated at night time. All for your safety & security. A large clubhouse, serving hot food, with kids club & live entertainment (seasonal) & of course bingo. (see programme in clubhouse).
Owner Description
BBs' Caravan is an 8 berth ‘Carnaby Belvedere’ giving a spacious 35ft x 12ft.
***NOW WITH FREE WIFI***
It consists of: 3 bedrooms – 2 x twin beds, 1 x double bed, all rooms are fitted with electric wall panel heaters, as is the hallway. a pull out double bed is located in the lounge.
There is an en suite family bathroom & a separate toilet,
NOTE! Only a duvet and a pillow per bed, are provided, please bring your own linen: eg. duvet covers, pillow cases & bottom sheets plus all towels (a tea towel as well).
Fully fitted kitchen, which includes, a microwave, oven grill, toaster, kettle, gas hob, oven and grill, fridge/freezer and all cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery, to cater for up to 8 guests.
A dining area, with table and seating.
A spacious lounge, with wrap around seating, gas fire, coffee table and a 32” free view television.
Ample storage space throughout the caravan.
Private parking space, with a grassed area, adjacent to the caravan. A large picnic table, seating up to 8 people (if you squeeze your bottoms in) is also provided for your use
There is an exit, nearby, which gives you access to the beach, via a bridge.

A £75.00 DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED*** TO SECURE YOUR EXCLUSIVE DATES.**

Special rates are available for a 14 NIGHT STAY at any time.
The full amount of your holiday, must be paid, in full, at least 4 weeks prior, to your holiday date. We will accept part payments, should this be of any assistance to you.
The £75.00 deposit is fully refundable, subject to a caravan inspection, after your departure.
All payments & returns will be done by Bank Transfer ONLY.
