Owner Description
Welcome to our home from home, a privately owned 3 bedroom static caravan for hire, tastefully furnished and equipped with all the comforts of home, including double glazing and central heating throughout.
The main lounge/dining area complete with free standing table and 4 chairs, seating is on a corner piece sofa, for entertainment there is a 42 inch Colour TV, with sky Q package, DVD player and Midi Hi-Fi.
The main bedroom has a double bed with ample overhead storage and single wardrobes, There is a dressing table between the wardrobes. An en suite WC and washbasin complete this package.
There is a 32 inch TV, with Sky Q package.
There is a large decking area to the side of the caravan with a corner patio seating and BBQ provided.
There is a small Juliet Balcony on the front of the unit, ideal for watching the sub go down on an evening with a nice glass of wine
Booking Terms
A £100 booking deposit - to confirm booking (Non Refundable).
£75.00 security deposit (Refundable subject to no damage etc.)
Full amount of holiday to be paid 4 weeks prior to commencement of holiday.
