17 pine lodge is is in a lovely quiet peaceful area close to the woods and just a 3 minute walk from beach the lodge is 3 bedroom with central heating living room is 20 x 11 with wraparound sofa dining table 6 tall leather chairs / separate back kitchen fully fitted with oven/hob/ fridge freezer/ microwave /main room has kingsize bed with fitted wardrobes/ bedroom 2 has 2 single beds built in wardrobe with drawers/ bedroom 3 has full sized bunk beds and tallboy / bathroom has walk in power shower built in vanity unit/mirror/ black/ silver upvc cladding/ all floors are laminated except bathroom which has linoleum

All booking will have a minimum £100 non refundable deposit /we do not provide passes/ which can be bought through park as we have nothing to do with havens /venues/facilities/ect/ as that is what the passes are for we are only the holiday home owners.
We will provide you with bedding if you wish , please bring your own towels/tea towels please don't forget about your holiday insurance
