Our beautiful modern static caravan located in Dornoch Caravan and Camping Park. Located in the site overlooking the sand dunes heading towards the beach and beside the burn. The brand new caravan was built in 2020 and is in immaculate condition.

The open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area is equipped with a 3 seater sofa which converts into a double bed and a 2 seater sofa.
Sleeps up to 6 guests - Sleeping in lounge.
Flat screen TV with freeview channels,
Electric fireplace, patio doors opening to a decked area with a bistro table and 4 chairs.
Kitchen area has all modern appliances, microwave oven, Gas cooker with grill, electric kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer, crockery, cutlery, pans, glasses and cooking implements.
Dining table and chairs seats 4 guests.
Fire extinguisher, fire blanket and first aid kit.
USB charging points throughout.

The master bedroom:
furnished with a double bed, bedside tables at each side, table lamps, large wardrobe with hangers, cupboards with drawers and a vanity table with mirror and hairdryer.
there is also a wall mounted flatscreen TV with freeview channels and an en-suite toilet with was hand basin.

The twin room:
consists of 2 single beds, a bedside table in between,
Wardrobe with hangers and wall cupboards.

Shower room:
good size shower with hot water, toilet, wash hand basin and heated towel rail.

Outside:
Veranda area at front and side of caravan.
parking for 1 vehicle.

Other things to note:
Iron and small tabletop ironing board.
Gas central heating throughout with on-demand hot water.
All bed linen, towels supplied (one hand towel and one bath towel per person).
Electricity and heating are included in the price.
