As the caravan is worked by back to back rental (one client out and one client in on the same day) you will need to bring your own bedding. I supply the pillows with pillow cases and duvet, fresh covers are applied. Please bring your own duvet cover and flat/bottom sheet.
All the sofas, curtains and carpets are fogged clean with each rental.
Also please bring your own entertainment, books, DVD’s, games as they are not supplied either.
All the kitchen appliances will be in the kitchen. Everything comes out of the kitchen and fresh items go in. There will be tea towels and everything you will need in a kitchen so there is no need to bring anything for the kitchen.

HOW ABOUT A HOLIDAY IN HISTORIC DORNOCH
3 BEDROOMED 6 BERTH LUXURY CARAVANS
Dornoch is only 45 miles north of Inverness.
The scenery is spectacular and the sandy beach stretches for miles. The caravans are located just 200 metres from the beach and near to the Royal Dornoch Golf Course and Struie Golf Course.
Town of Dornoch is only 5 minutes walk away with plenty of places to eat and drink.
The site has a small shop for provisions. Kids play area and pitch & putt. Laundry and ironing room.
The caravan is fully equipped as detailed below including bed linen. The hirer is responsible for taking their own hand and bath towels.
SLEEPING ACCOMMODATION
One double bedroom, equipped with vanity units, wardrobe storage and dressing table with electric panel heating.
Two twin bedrooms with wardrobe storage with mirror and bedside cabinet with electric panel heaters in each of the bedrooms.
BATHROOM
Flush toilet and shower with hand basin, vanity unit and electric panel heater.
Separate toilet with flush toilet, wash hand basin and electric panel heater.
KITCHEN
The kitchen area has fitted storage units, a sink and drainer and gas hot water heater.
A full gas cooker with four rings, grill and oven, microwave oven, electric toaster, toasted sandwich maker, electric kettle and fridge.
LIVING/DINING AREA
A large airy living area with floor to ceiling window.
Single door with ramp access and onto the decking with outside table and chairs.
Sofa style seating with free standing dining table and six chairs. The lounge area has fitted storage units, an occasional lamp, gas heating and colour television with DVD and freeview.
ADDITONAL FACILITIES
On request we can provide a high chair.
SERVICES
The caravan is mains serviced for electricity, gas, water and sewage. Fully central heating. Gas is supplied from two propane bottles stored externally in a locker at the back of the caravan.
Heating system on a timer for morning and evening.
Electric blanket on double bed & single beds.
Please bring your own duvet cover and flat/fitted sheet.
I supply duvet and pillows with pillowcases, all with protectors.

There is a laundrette on-site at main reception.
